SECURE - Don't loose your work
Secure will save backup-files every time you save, perform auto-save and also register how much time you spend on editing your drawings. Perfect if you charge by the hour. There is also a feature to unerase entities even when undo doesn't work.
TIME
Register time in TIMECFG has to be enabled to collect
files and times for them. Please don't keep too many files on the TIME screen. TIMECFG Turning on backup-files will force FastCAD to produce .BAK files when
saving. BACKUP RESTORE UNERASE Installation The demo will disable SAVE and WRITE functions in FastCAD. To uninstall
the demo type CONFIGE as when installing SECURE and enter the slot for
SECURED.COM. Now press ENTER to leave the slot empty. WARRANTY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT WARRANTY: This software is provided "as is" without

Will bring up a text screen
showing files and how long time they have been open. To delete (reset)
lines, click on them and then press OK. If there is more than one page
with files Use the More button to show the next page.
Here you can turn on or
off features in this XP. A dialog box will appear with options to
enable/disable time registration, autosave and backup-files will
appear.
Forces an autosave. This
command is executed automatically when autosave is enabled. The time
between autosaves is set in TIMECFG. There is usually no need to
use this command.
This command is used to
restore the last autosave. You have to use this command on an empty
drawing. Use NEW before issuing this command.
Erased entities in a
drawing will remain in the drawing until the next SAVE or PACK. UNERASE
will let you view all erased entities int the drawing. Those that you
select will be "unerased".
Download and unzip
the file into your working FastCAD folder (C:\FCAD or C:\FCAD3 on most
systems). When you start FastCAD enter CONFIGE at the command prompt,
select an empty slot and type SECURED.COM for the demo version and
SECURE.COM otherwise. Save the changes to keep them for the next session.
Be sure to be in the FastCAD startup directory when saving changes.
Otherwise you will have to install SECURE in the next session as well.
This software requires a legal copy of FastCAD.
